Caitlin Millar

Caitlin Havlak is a co-founder of Indiegraf, an operating system for independent news publishers supporting 180+ publications across North and Latin America. After six years as COO, she is now focused on data strategy — building the business intelligence and infrastructure that helps independent publishers make better decisions and build toward sustainability. Before co-founding Indiegraf, she spent five years at The Discourse, a Canadian independent news organization, where she led technology, data and audience strategy. She brings a background in quantitative analysis and systems thinking to the challenges facing independent media, and has spent her career at the intersection of technology and journalism. She is based in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
